1. Leadership Policy
At Redeemed Calvary Church, we uphold a strong biblical model for leadership. Leadership within the church is based on the principles of servant leadership as demonstrated by Jesus Christ.
Our leaders are called to lead with humility, integrity, and a commitment to teaching and guiding others in their faith.
Biblical Leadership
Principles
- Servant Leadership: Leaders serve rather than being served (Matthew 20:26-28). This is the foundation of all leadership roles within our church.
- Biblical Qualifications: Leaders must meet the biblical standards outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-13 and Titus 1:5-9.

- Training and Development: Leadership training is continuous to ensure that our leaders are equipped to serve effectively.
- Leadership Roles:
- Elder Board: Responsible for spiritual oversight and church discipline.
- Senior Pastor: Oversees the overall vision, preaching, and pastoral care.
- Ministry Leaders: Lead specific ministries in alignment with the church’s mission.
- Accountability and Disciplinary Action: We uphold biblical principles of restoration (Matthew 18:15-17) and take corrective action when necessary.
