Spiritual Oversight and Governance

Provides spiritual and organizational guidance to church leadership.

Ensures the church remains aligned with its mission and values.

Offers support and counsel to the Senior Pastor and leadership team.

Leads in prayer, service, and pastoral care.

Oversees major decisions affecting the church body.

SENIOR PASTOR  (Ordained)

Head of the Local Congregation

Leads vision, mission, and ministry under Jesus Christ.

Preaches, teaches, and disciples.

Provides pastoral care and spiritual guidance.

Oversees church ministries, staff, and operations.

ASSOCIATE PASTOR  (Ordained)

Senior Pastor Support

Supports leadership through teaching, care, and administration.

Assists with preaching and teaching.

Oversees specific ministries and events.

Aids in church administration.

ASSISTANT PASTOR  (Ordained)

Ministry Support

Assists the Senior and Associate Pastors.

Supports preaching, teaching, and counseling.

Manages smaller ministries or group settings.

Steps in when other leaders are unavailable.

OUTREACH PASTOR  (Ordained)

Evangelism Leader

Focuses on outreach, missions, and community engagement.

Oversees local and global outreach programs.

Develops evangelism strategies.

Encourages active Gospel sharing within the congregation.

YOUTH PASTOR   (Ordained)

Youth Ministry Leader

Guides the spiritual growth of young people.

Leads youth Bible studies, events, and mentorship programs.

Organizes retreats and youth-focused activities.

Collaborates with parents and other leaders.

WORSHIP DIRECTOR

Worship Ministry Leader

Leads worship services and the music ministry.

Plans worship services and coordinates music 

teams.

Conducts rehearsals and organizes special worship events.

DEACON & DEACONESS  (Ordained)

Practical Service and Ministry Support

Assist with communion, hospitality, and congregational care.

Care for the sick, elderly, and needy.

Oversee practical ministry areas.

Support church leadership.

MINISTERS (Ordained)

Ministry Support

Preaches and teaches as needed.

Assists in church tasks and designated ministries.

CHAPLAIN  (Ordained)

Specialized Spiritual Care

Provides spiritual care in hospitals, prisons, and other specialized settings.

Offers prayer, counseling, and comfort during crises.
